| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料、访谈和逻辑分析等方法,结合阳光体育运动的全面实施,对我国校园兴奋剂的问题进行了探讨。认为:校园兴奋剂有不断扩展蔓延的趋势,应引起教育界的高度警惕。同时认为产生校园兴奋剂现象的根源是:考试压力,分数压力巨大;学生身体素质令人担忧;学生诚信意识、公平竞争精神缺失;体育加试监管制度的不完善,药品管理存在严重漏洞;青少年本人缺乏自身的保护意识;未能全面开展兴奋剂检测。为此,提出:加强对青少年的反兴奋剂教育,提高青少年自我保护意识;加强反校园兴奋剂的立法工作;加强兴奋剂监测,加大处罚力度及其相关科学研究;进一步完善高考、中考体育制度;不断完善体育加试的监管制度和药品管理;在高考、中考体育加试中开展兴奋剂的检测等几点对策。
