摘    要:运用文献法、实验法与统计法,对基于"项群理论"的高校体育"双项目"课程模式进行实验与分析。教学实验表明:"双项目"课程模式打破了传统体育课教学课堂只进行一个运动项目教学的状况,增大了学生"三自主"选课空间,增强了学生、教师之间的多元互动;"双项目"课程模式有利于学生技术学习,有利于激发学生课堂参与和课外锻炼的积极性;"双项目"课程模式坚持学生主体、教师主导,使学生成为教学的最大受益者,真正实现1+1>2。
