| 摘 要： | 目的:采用特异针刺和推拿疗法,对体育高考生急性骨骼肌损伤进行治疗,通过对临床症状、肌肉力量和视觉模拟评分指标的评价,验证特异针刺对急性腰部肌肉损伤的疗效。方法:急性腰部损伤的体育高考生168名随机分为两组,A组特异针刺组,B组推拿组,两组之间进行统计学分析,差异不具有显著性。每日治疗1次,5次为1疗程,疗程前和疗程后各收集一次实验数据并进行统计学分析。结果:特异针刺组84例,其中有效73,好转7例,无效4例,总有效率95%;推拿组84例,其中有效65例,好转14例,无效7例,总有效率92%。研究结果表明特异针刺和推拿疗法在5次治疗后与治疗前对临床症状、肌肉力量和视觉模拟评分尺(Visual analog scale,VAS)三项指标的比较均具有统计学意义,特异针刺与推拿手法比较,除肌肉力量不具有显著性差异以外,其他两项指标差异均具有显著性(特异针刺组优于推拿疗法组)。结论:特异针刺对急性腰部肌肉损伤的疗效较为理想,可以在临床实践中推广应用。
