摘    要:通过文献资料法和对比分析法,将大众有氧健身操对人体生理、心理等方面的良好影响进行了分析和探讨。大众有氧健身操可以作为“全面健身计划”中的一项有效的健身内容和手段,应注意其开展的层面和推广的力度,提高大众有氧健身锻炼的实效。
