摘    要:教育要达到“为了每个学生的发展”的目标,就必须实行个性化教育。多元智力理论的尊重差异的学生观,个性化的课程观,以个人为中心的学校观,多样化的教学观,多元化情境化的评价观,深刻体现了个性化教育的理念,为我国当代的个性化教育提供了重要启示。

Abstract:To achieve the educational aim which is to develop every student, individual education should be provided as soon as possible. The multiple intelligence theory presents us with its new idea about students, curriculum, school, teaching and learning and evaluation, which is featured by its great attention to individual differences. The theory has thrown new enlightenment on our individual education.
