| 摘 要： | 在介绍了水处理工艺的基础上，结合某厂实际，设计了一套基于组态王6．0组态软件和PLC的SCADA补给水控制系统，使系统的运行和离子交换器的再生达到优化，性能达到生产要求，出水水质稳定，降低了生产成本。

| Abstract: | This paper introduces the process of water treatment for the certain factory, designs a control system for water feeding(SCADA), which is based on King of Configuration Ver 6.0 and PLC. It optimizes the operation of the system and reproduction of hydronium exchanger, makes its performance meet the requirement of production, assures the stability of water-output and reduces the cost of production. |
