| 摘 要： | 社会主义政治明与资本主义政治明是人类明发展史上两种不同类型的明，二既对立又统一，既相区别又相联系，在竞争和比较中共同生存和发展。正确处理好社会主义政治明与资本主义政治明的关系，既是社会主义政治明建设坚持正确方向的保障，又是实现更高明的捷径。

| Abstract: | Political civilization of socialism and political civilization of capitalism are two different kinds of civilization on the development history of human civilization. The two set against as well as unify , distinguish as well as interrelate, survive and develop together in comparison and competition. Handling the relations between political civilization of socialism and capitalism correctly is not only a guarantee which adheres to the correct direction in political civilization of socialism, but also a shortcut of realizing higher civilization. |
