| 摘 要： | 通过对摔跤运动员的一般心理特点和认知心理特点进行对比，对从平常的训练到正式的比赛全过程进行主观、客观的分析，得出摔跤运动员的认知心理特点和提高摔跤运动员认知心理的重要性。摔跤运动员不仅在一般心理特征上具有的直接对抗性、激烈竞争性、高度紧张性、环境适应性；而且在认知心理特征上有其独特性，此项运动对感知觉、记忆思维及注意的品质上有较为严格的要求。

| Abstract: | Through comparing the general psychological character with the psychological character of recognization,and objective and subjective analysis from general training to formal competition,the author concludes the psychological character of recognization about wrestling athlete,and the importance of improving it.We discuss the wrestling not only has direct antagonism,hislycompetition,hisblynevous,environmental adaption in the general psychological character,but also has characteristic in the psychology of recognization.The kind of sports has very strict requirement in reorganization,memory and attention.If we combine the technical training,physical training with psychological training,we can promote the scientific nature of the wrestling training. |
