教学观念与教学行为差异的心理源分析与对策

摘    要:由于教育影响因素和教师个体心理的复杂性,教师教学观念和教学行为之间的差异在教育教学实践中普遍存在,并且表现出层次性、极端性和复杂性。本着重就引起差异的心理准备、心理动力、心理操作和心理应激源进行分析,并提出强化师资培训、优化环境影响、深化教学反思、细化教学反馈四种应对策略。

Abstract:Because of complexes of educational effects and teachers' individual psychology, the differences between teachers' teaching conception and their teaching behavior have existed in educational practice. And it represents in extremely and complexly way. The essay focuses on the analysis of the psychological preparation, psychological drive, psychological operation and psy- chological stressor that can lead to differences, and advances four coping strategies: strengthen training to teachers; optimize en- vironment's effect; deepen self-examination to teaching; embody feedback to teaching.
