| 摘 要： | 为解决社会对体育艺术人才的需求，进一步完善体育艺术人才培养模式，提高办学水平。采用文献资料法、专家访谈法、定性分析法等研究方法，对哈尔滨体育学院体育艺术系探索出的“冰陆结合、体艺融合”的办学模式进行梳理总结，总结出表演专业人才培养目标、要求，表演专业人才培养课程体系等人才培养方案；提出加强师资队伍建设使教师结构更为合理，博采体艺融合之长，彰显冰陆结合特色，优化专业结构，打造专业品牌等应注意的问题，为我国北方地区体育院校表演专业建设、课程改革和人才培养提供参考和借鉴。

| Abstract: | In order to solve the social demand for sports talents,further perfect the training mode of sports art talent,improve teaching level. With the methods of literature material,expert interviews,qualitative analysis and others,this paper summarize on the teaching mode“ice combined with land,physical education fused with art”which has been explored by Harbin Institute of Physical Education,summed up that the cultivationg goal,demand and curriculems system of performing talents. Put forward to strengthen the construction of teaching staff that make a more reasonable teachers' structure,full use of the sports fused with art,show the features of ice in combination with land,optimize the structure of majors, create the brand major and other problems that should be paid attention,provide a reference for the major construction,course reform and talents cultivation of performing major in Chinese northern sports colleges. |
