| 摘 要： | "9.11"事件标志着政府危机时代的到来。由于经济和政治全球化进程的加快,公共危机成了当今世界所共同面临的问题,政府在危机中的一举一动都会受到公众的极大关注。在公共危机中,如何运用政府公共关系及时有效地处理危机事件,已经成为我国各级政府要面对的重大课题,这既直接影响着我国政治经济的稳定和发展,又关系到政府在民众心目中的公信力和影响。在新的时代背景和要求下,提升公共危机下的政府公共关系,应重视公共危机中政府公共关系主体的形象塑造和对客体的引导。
