期望理论在班主任工作中的应用

摘    要:在学生工作中,班主任的言行会体现出对学生期望的差异,学生也能够通过班主任的言行感受到老师对自已的期望值,平时表现不突出的学生更加需要来自班主任的积极的期望。班主任期望的表现形式是自我实现预言期望和维持性期望。班主任应该在教育、管理中建立对学生积极的期望并通过各种方式间接表达出来,激发学生的积极性。

Abstract:In class management, class master's words and behaviors of incarnate the difference in his or her expectation to students, students can also feel the teachers expectation to them from teachers words and behaviors, students with learning difficulty needs more positive expectation to them from their class master. The class master shows his or her expectation by the forms of realizing predicted expectation and maintaining expectation. Classmas-ters ought to set up positive expectation to students in teaching and management work by different ways to inspire students' positivity.
