| Abstract: | The cultivation of the orgnizing ability is one of the important aspects in the quality education of the fine arts majors. Three ways of the cultivation are discussed in this essay: the first one is to mould the students' normal psychological quality and normal behavior; the second one is to mould the cooperating ability of the students; the third one is to enhance the self-orgnizing ability of the students. |
