| 摘 要： | 本文通过对当前精神损害赔偿的误区和根源的分析，有针对性地提出了当前和今后精神损害赔偿误区防范的措施。旨在引导公民和法人如何做到学法、知法、懂法、守法，进一步更新法制观念，树立正确的法律意识，依法办事，维护自身的正当精神权益。

| Abstract: | The writing, by analyzing the misunderstanding of contemporary intellectual damage compensation and its cause, puts forward the countermeasures against contemporary and future intellectual damage compensation. Its purpose is to guide people and legal persons to study the law, know the law, observe the law, set up a new concept of legal system, cultivate a correct legal sense, act in accordance to the law and safeguard his/her own reasonable intellectual rights. |
