| Abstract: | The attitude to substitute teachers is ＂all been removed＂ or ＂laissez-faire＂？ At present, the fact is that ＂laissez-faire.＂ It does not make responsibility for the substitute teachers, and it is not favor of the future development of education in rural areas. It should innovate the system ,activating teacher market to resolve the issues of substitute teachers thoroughly. |
