| 摘 要： | 从鄱阳湖生态经济区建设的本质内涵和特性来看,当前对生态建设人才有迫切的需求。当前,鄱阳湖生态经济区生态建设人才存在非匹配性、非生态性、非本土性,难以适应鄱阳湖生态经济区建设的需求。因此,高职院校应在生态建设人才培养机制、师资、课程教材和实训基地三方面进一步完善,以培养出符合社会和经济发展的、合格的鄱阳湖生态经济区生态建设人才。

| Abstract: | Within the perspective of essence and character of Poyang Lake ecological economic construction, now we have the urgent demands on ecological construction talent. The talent of Poyang Lake ecological economic construction has difficult to adapt to the demand of Poyang Lake ecological economic construction because of its non-matching, non-ecological and non-native. Therefore, the Higher Vocational College needs to be further improved on the cultivate mechanism, course materials and training base of ecological construction talent, to order to cultivate the suitable Poyang Lake ecological economic construction talent who conforms to social and economic development. |
