摘    要:从硕士生对其培养单位课程设置及实施中存在问题评价的角度,主要运用问卷对来自甘肃三所高校的2894名学术型硕士生进行了调查。结果表明:在三年制的硕士培养单位中,几乎所有的硕士生均要参加为期一年半的学位课程学习并参加考试;所开设课程并没有充分发挥预期作用,课程结构不合理、课程内容陈旧及课程教学中任课教师的教学时间得不到有效保证是其中的关键原因。硕士生对现有课程改革的愿望和呼声强烈;建议相关部门从加强对硕士生授课教师的选拔、管理和考核入手,以切实增强课程教学的实效性。

Abstract:A Questionnaire survey was carried out among 2894 academic postgraduate students from three universities in Gansu province to find out the problems in postgraduate curriculum setting and its implementation. The results are as follows. In the three-year master programs, almost all the postgraduates need to take degree courses for a year and half and tests upon the course completionl These courses fail to achieve the expected effects as the result of unreasonable curriculum structure, outdated contents, and insufficient teaching time. Reforming the existing curricula has become a strong voice and desire of postgraduate students. In view of the above-mentioned results, suggestions are made for the departments it may concern. The selection, management and evaluation of the postgraduate course instructors must be strengthened to enhance the effectiveness of teaching.
