超声波-芬顿协试剂同处理亚甲基蓝染料废水的研究

摘    要:用超声波和芬顿试剂联合处理模拟印染废水亚甲基蓝溶液,分析了反应时间、芬顿试剂配比用量、溶液pH值以及超声波处理时间等因素对处理效果的影响,最终确定了最佳实验条件:1mmol/L的亚甲基蓝溶液50mL,加入20mmol/L的FeS04溶液2.5mL,加入6%0的H202溶液22.5mL,调节pH一2.80,超声波处理1h,亚甲基蓝溶液的脱色率可达96%以上,COD的去除率达85%以上。实验结果表明,用超声波和芬顿试剂协同处理亚甲蓝溶液的效果优于芬顿试剂单独处理的效果。

Abstract:Combining ultrasonic and Fenton reagent, the simulation of methylene blue dye wastewater was explored, which analyses reaction time, amount of Fenton reagent ratio, pH, ul- trasonic and other factors on treatment effect. Finally, the approach to methylene blue the best conditionswere concluded: 1 mmol / L methylene blue solution, 50 mL, adding 20 mmol / L of FeSO4 solution 2.5mL, with 30% H202 diluted 50-fold solution 22.5 mL, adjusting pH= 2.80, ultrasonic processing 1 h. Solution of moval rate of 85 %. The results show with methylene blue dye wastewater is methylene blue decolorization rate above 96%, COD re- the combination of ultrasonic and Fenton reagent to deal better than only Fenton reagent is used.
