| 摘 要： | 随着知识经济的发展和终身教育时代的到来,综合能力培养是时代发展的必然趋势。建设高校武术教师终身学习意识势在必行,构建当代高校武术教师应具备的素质,旨在使高校武术教师清晰明白培养学习意识对自身素质的要求、自身素质对学生的影响。为适应教育改革和知识经济时代,高校武术教师必须坚定终身教育、终身学习的理念,整合和优化自身素质。

| Abstract: | With the coming of knowledge are and lifelong education time, developing college teachers' comprehensive ability is the necessary demand for the modern time. It's necessary to improve the awareness of college teachers' lifelong education and constructing modern college teachers'quality, in order to let college Wushu teachers clear that lifelong education is the requirement of improving self quality, and know their quality influence on students. Adapting to the reform of education and knowledge economy time, college teachers must persist in lifelong education and lifelong study concept and integrating and optimizing the self qualities. |
