| 摘 要： | 通过文献分析,对美国斯坦福大学教授Richard J. Shavelson所提出的基于学生学习评估的美国高等教育问责制进行了综述性介绍,对其中的学习评估、问责体系构建作了深入探讨。这一以改进高等教育质量为根本目标的新型问责体系对我国高等教育的改革与发展同样具有适用价值。
