| 摘 要： | 计算机在食品行业中有着广泛的应用,食品企业对食品专业人才的计算机应用能力提出了较高的要求。本文针对食品科学与工程专业的计算机应用课程教学进行了改革研究,主要介绍了课程内容设置、实践教学、教学手段以及考核方法等方面的探索。
