| 摘 要： | 以鄱阳湖泥鳅头肾为材料，通过体内注射植物血凝素(PHA)经短期培养后，活体注射秋水仙素，空气干燥制片法制作染色体玻片标本，对泥鳅的染色体组型进行分析。结果表明：其二倍体染色体数目2n=50。核型公式有两种，分别是：8m 6sm 36t，NF=64；8m 6sm 2st 34t，NF=64。

| Abstract: | The chromosome karyotype of Misgurnus anguillicandatus is investigated from kidney tissues by PHA and colchicines injection and in an air drying method. The analysis results show:the diploid number of the chromosomes is SO,the karyotype has two kinds:8m + 6sm + 36t,NF = 64;8m + 6sm + 2st + 34t,NF=64. |
