| Abstract: | Now,we have already entered the era of knowledge-base economy.Knowledge and information become the most important resources instead of the capital and the energy in the economical status.Tradition industry is its industrial prop,knowledge resource is its important basis,knowledge becomes the most important factor in assigning wealth of knowledge-base economy times,it proposes even higher and newer requirement to person's survival and development. |
