| 摘 要： | 研究服务于政府组织非物质文化遗产发展战略的民间文化艺术遗产管理系统框架，构建我国民间文化艺术遗产管理钻石框架系统模型。内容主要包括基于系统的民间文化艺术管理目标、管理制度、管理文化、管理方法、管理组织和管理信息系统六大要素。
