摘    要:以电子海图显示与信息系统作为自动避碰系统有效而可靠的静态信息源和实现动态避碰信息与静态信息的有机融合的媒介,开展船舶自动避浅和避礁决策支持系统的研究,采用矩形搜索区域来检索静态危险碍航物的信息,设计船舶自动避浅避礁决策算法,并对危险水深判定阈值模型和搜索矩形模型进行较深入研究.最后在“航行安全及自动避碰仿真测试平台”进行一定量的船舶自动避浅避礁航行仿真试验.仿真结果表明,该算法具有较好的自适应性,能实现避浅避礁决策的自动生成.

Abstract:Using Electronic Chart Display and Information System(ECDIS) as an effective and reliable information source of static targets and intermedium for realizing the organic combination of dynamic and static information for vessel anti-collision,the study on decision-making support system for automatic vessel anti-grounding and anti-reef is carried out.A rectangular area model is suggested for searching the information of dangerous static obstructions,and an algorithm for decision-making for automatic vessel anti-grounding and anti-reef is illustrated.Mathematical models for determining threshold of dangerous water depth and parameters of the search area are provided in detail.Finally,computer simulation tests on the navigational process of automatic vessel anti-grounding and anti-reef are carried out on a simulation platform with the name of "navigation safety and automatic collision avoidance simulation test platform" which is based on the ship maneuver simulating model and ECDIS.The simulation result indicates that the algorithm of decision-making is of good self-adaptability.
