| 摘 要： | 当今世界的经济日益一体化，我国经济的发展，需要有一大批自主创新型企业的发展来带动。企业的发展离不开科技创新，而科技创新依赖于人力资本，人力资本是构建自主创新型企业核心竞争力的基础，要想发挥人力资本在自主创新型企业发展中的作用，必须运用好人力资本，增强自主创新型企业的核心竞争力。

| Abstract: | The world＇s economy integrates day by day. We must have a large quantities of independent innovation enterprise＇s development to promote our country＇s economic development. Enterprise＇s development needs the scientific innovation. Moreover the scientific innovation relies on the human capital. The human capital is the foundation in the construct of independent innovation enterprise＇s core competitiveness. We must using the humal capital better in order to display the human capital＇s function in the independent innovation enterprise＇s development. Finally enhance the independent innovation enterprise＇s core competitiveness. |
