| 摘 要： | 以普通高校学生"亚健康"状态成因的调查与分析为研究内容,调查结果表明:高校学生"亚健康"形成的原因主要是学习过于紧张,对环境的适应力不强,难以协调人际关系,生活习惯差,缺少体育锻炼等。在对调查数据统计分析的基础上,提出了具有针对性的干预措施。 |

| Abstract: | This article takes condition origin and intervention measure of ordinary university students subhealthy as the research content,the survey result indicated that the reason of the university students "subhealthy"is mainly the intense study,maladaptive faculty to environment with difficulty in coordinating interpersonal relationship,bad the habits and customs,lack of physical training and so on. In diagnosis s foundation,it proposed the pointed intervention measures. |
