| 摘 要： | 无标底法招标能量大程度地降低工程造价，节约建设投资；更有利于促进施工企业加强管理，提高人员素质；可最大程度地减少招标过程中人为因素的干扰，使招标过程更加公开、公正、公平。因此，从发展趋势来看，无标底法招标必将在实践中被越来越广泛地使用和推广。

| Abstract: | The bidding without the minimum restriction will reduce the project cost,save the construction investment,benefit the business management,improve the quality of the staffs,lessen the man-made inferference to a great extent,and make the bidding process more open,just and fair.Therefor,from the developing trend,the bidding without the minimum restriction must be more and more widely used and popularized. |
