| 摘 要： | 休闲体育是人们在休暇时间里,以一种积极的心态,主动地参与到体育运动的休闲方式。田径运动作为一个基础性运动项目,具有优于其他体育项目的特点,易于在群众中推广和普及,并适应了我国高校扩招后体育投资和场馆设施的现状。田径运动可以在推广高校休闲体育运动中发挥重要作用。
