| 摘 要： | 导师制在一流大学的人才培养制度中具有重要的地位。借鉴这些大学的成功经验，将导师制引入我国高校的本科教学是近年来国内高校改革的重要举措。教育技术学专业的学科特点决定了在高年级本科教学中引入导师制是大势所趋。成功实施导师制教学需要考虑导师的选择、师生观念的转变、与现有的各项村度之间的衔接等问题。

| Abstract: | Mentor system plays a very important role in talent development in top-ranking universities.Based on these universities' successful experiences,mentor system is becoming an important measure in Chinese university reforming.The introduction of mentor system depends on the characteristics of the profession of teaching technology.In the practice,we should pay attention to the problems in the choice of mentor,change of the teachers' and students' conception,the integration of mentor system and other systems and so on. |
