| 摘 要： | 近年来，大学毕业生的就业形势十分严峻，就业问题引起了社会的关注。大学生不能顺利就业的原因之一是自愿性失业。从经济学角度用二元劳动力市场理论分析可知，从地域上看，我国目前存在大中城市劳动力市场和小城镇及广大农村劳动力市场；从职业等级上看，存在高等教育水平的劳动力市场和中初等教育水平的劳动力市场。解决问题的关键在于打破二元劳动力市场的分割，建立完善的劳动力市场。

| Abstract: | In recent years, more and more graduates have been poured into the labor market. As a result, graduate employment has been attracting social considerations, graduate voluntary unemploymen is one of the reasons that graduates don1 successfully find the jobs. The author analyses the reason of the graduate voluntary unemployed phenomenon by dual labor market theory from the economics view. Our courtry labor market is divided into the big city labor market and little city and rural labor market from the region, and into the high education level labor market and primary education level labor market from the caste. Therefore, the key measure is to break into the division and establish the perfect labor market. |
