| 摘 要： | 文章从太极大舞的概念谈起,分析了太极大舞的运动特点,阐释了太极大舞受大众欢迎的原因。把太极大舞与高校武术教学相对比,分析了大学生不太喜欢传统武术的主要原因。提出在高校武术教学中可加入一些新的元素:首先,改编一些动作,加入舞蹈、戏曲动作等,使武术更适合现代大学生;其次,加入演练队形的变化,增加同学间的配合协调,使其更具有亲和力;第三,加强专业和理论知识的学习,使学生直观感受武术魅力,能更深层次理解各动作健身的科学依据。

| Abstract: | This article talks about the concept of Tai Chi Dance, does the analysis of Tai Chi Dance movement characteristics, explains the popular causes of Tai Chi dance. Compared Tai Chi Dance with Wushu teaching, the paper analyzes the main reasons of students not loving traditional Wushu, then roposes to add some new elements in Wushu teaching：first, the adaptation of some of the actions, adding dance, drama actions, so that make Wushu more suitable for modern students; second, the adaptation of some of the action, adding dance, drama action, so that more suitable for modem martial arts students. Secondly, to add drill formation changes, increase cooperation and coordination between students, making Wushu more affinity, to strengthen professional and theoretical knowledge of learning, so that students can feel intuitively attractive to Wushu, can deeply understand the Scientific basis of the fitness movements. |
