| 摘 要： | 金融自由化是近二三十年以来全球金融变革的主题，也是金融发展的重要推动力。但是，20世纪90年代以来金融危机的频繁发生尤其是由美国次贷危机升级演变而成百年一遇的国际金融危机的爆发充分表明，在金融自由化和推进金融发展的过程中，强化和改善金融监管对维护金融体系的稳定和健康运行至关重要。金融监管和金融自由化是一种双向互动的关系。本文重点论述了自由化背景下全球金融监管在监管理念、监管重点、监管体制、监管机制、监管方法和监管模式等六个方面的重要发展趋势，阐述了这些发展趋势对未来我国金融监管变革的启示。
