摘    要:高等院校思想政治理论课和形势政策教育课的教学要不断地转变思想观念、深化教学改革、创新教学方法,突出教学的“三性”,即联系学生实际,增强教学针对性;真心关爱学生,增强教学实效性;立足时代特点,增强教学创新性。

Abstract:Teaching ideological and political theory courses and situation and policy education in colleges and universities should continuously change thinking conceptions,deepen teaching reformations and create teaching methods,should give prominence to the three characteristics,namely,teachers should relate students' actuality to enhance teaching pertinence,take good care of students authentically to enhance teaching effectiveness,base upon present-day characteristics to enhance teaching innovation.
