| 摘 要： | 分析论述了陕西关中地区大中城市密集；基础设施完善，高等教育发达；工业基础坚实，技术力量雄厚；高新技术产业开发区与大学产业园密集，已具备了建设产业开发带的基本条件。认为建设关中产业开发带对调整区域产业结构，建设经济强省，带动周邻省区发展，深化西部大开发具有重大的战略意义。

| Abstract: | This article analyzes that the layout of cities in Guanzhong Area of Shaanxi Province is dense. The city setup is reasonable, the infrastructure is perfect and high education is prosperous. In this area, it has solid industrial basis, strong technological forces and densely inhabited population. There are many industrial garden plots which are affilated to universities. All these have formed the component elements of Hi-tech industry developing strip and provided with establishing factors of Hi-tech industry developing strip. And thinks that constructing the Hi-tech industry developing strip has great stratigic significance in establishing. Hi-tech transmitting passage, adjusting areal industrial structure, promoting the development of adjacent provinces and intensifying the Weston development. |
