基于模型的离心压缩机电机振动应用研究

摘    要:针对福建龙岩某厂离心压缩机工作中电机振动的实际故障,从产生的机理分析入手,认为电机振动主要是机械、电气和安装原因造成的.以振动微分方程为基础,推导出电机振动的数学模型,经计算验证,模型正确可行.运用模型可以快速、准确发现故障原因;提出了降低临界转速的办法,排除了电机振动的故障,经检测,该法简单、便捷、实用.

Abstract:The paper is inspired by the practical fault of motor vibration of the centrifugal compressor in one factory of Longyan. From the analysis of the mechanism, it is considered that the motor vibration was caused by mechanical, electrical and installation reasons. Based on the vibration differential equation, a mathematical model of motor vibration is established, and is proven feasible through calculation verifica- tion. With this model, the cause for the faults can be detected more quickly and accurately. Besides, meas- ures to reduce the critical speed and to improve the fault vibration motor are put forward, which are proved simple, convenient and practical through test.
