| 摘 要： | 在学风建设中,学生干部起着非常重要的作用,是辅导员的得力助手,在新形势下,学生干部开展工作面临着多方面的压力.建设一支过硬的学生干部队伍,是学风建设中不可忽视的环节.本文提出了学生干部队伍建设的几点建议:认真选拔,增强学生干部的工作动力,改善工作条件,增加吸引力,真正充分发挥学生干部在学生工作中的作用.
