| 摘 要： | 信息资讯技术的飞跃式发展对现代旅游安全管理提出了巨大的挑战,特别是旅游安全问题越来越受到旅游者的重视,任何安全问题的发生都会影响到旅游业的形象,减弱旅游者的忠诚度,损害旅游业的可持续发展。基于科技支撑的纬度,从旅游安全管理实践的角度出发,通过对旅游安全管理和科技支撑的内在共生性分析,总结出旅游安全评估与恢复系统有三个组成部分,即旅游安全事后恢复、旅游安全事后调查与评价以及旅游安全事后学习。对此阐述以期能够为旅游业安全管理和控制提供一定的借鉴意义。
