| 摘 要： | 针对高职院校入党积极分子在顶岗实习期教育与管理存在的不足，需做好顶岗实习前入党积极分子的动员工作，建立定期沟通联系制度，制定顶岗实习期入党积极分子管理制度，设立多重评价机制，从而发挥入党积极分子的先锋模范作用，促进校企合作。

| Abstract: | Considering the insufficient management of education management for vocational college party application activists, this paper points out that mobilization is necessary before the internship, a management system should be established, and diversified assessment mechanism should be set up, so as to encourage party application activists to set good examples, and to promote the cooperation between colleges and enterprises. |
