| 摘 要： | 宜昌的旅游业正逐步发展成为全市最重要的战略性支柱产业之一,可是从市场整体来看,城市旅游产业面临着人才紧缺的难题。通过对宜昌地区旅游产业用人需求进行调查,我们可以了解到英语在旅游英语专业的整体知识结构中有着越来越重要的地位。为了培养更多优秀的旅游英语人才,在ESP教学模式指导下对旅游英语教学进行改革势在必行。

| Abstract: | Tourism in Yichang is becoming a pillar industry, but from an overall perspective, there is a lack of talents in this field. Through the tourism needs survey in Yichang areas, we can learn that English skills take up a central position in the structure of knowledge for majors of tourism English. In order to cultivate more qualified talents and thus promote travel industry, we need to improve tourism English teaching in the mode of ESP （English for Specific Purposes） . |
