| 摘 要： | 当前经国际计量大会认可的真空中光速值，是依据现实中的光速值而人为规定的。因此，欧洲科学家们所发现的中微子超光速运动，只是超过了这个现实中的光速值。真空中的光速是宇宙中速度的极限值，新发现的中微子运动速度更接近于这个绝对的参照点。鉴于此，文本暂且将这个中微子的运动速度提升为真空中的光速，依据4种波长的光子在速度v=299792458（m／s）点具有高精度的计量数据分别计算出它们的静质量。
