| 摘 要： | 创新示范区是国家创新体系的重要组成部分,担当引领自主创新和高技术产业发展方向的重任.国家自主创新示范区应努力成为我国高技术产业发展极、科技产业融资中心、知识型人才栖息地、产学研一体化的空间载体、制度创新示范区和创业创新的重要基地.建设国家自主创新示范区应以增强区域创新的内生动力为重点,建立风险分担机制和利益补偿机制,激活各主体创业创新的积极性和主动性.
