| 摘 要： | 型钢厂中型车间轧制18#工字钢,常发生腿窄、耳子问题,这是由于孔型设计不够完善,使金属在压缩中的不均匀变形程度加剧所致。通过孔型优化较好的解决上述问题。

| Abstract: | Produce No.18 I-beam in the medium section rolling steel workshop of profile steel factory.Narrow legs and ears problem often occur,The study showed,the question result from the non-uniform deformation in compression due to not quite reasonable pass design.By improving pass design,the problem has been resolved satisfactorily. |
