| 摘 要： | 科技企业孵化器与风险投资机构的合作能够为初创企业同时提供管理技能与风险资本两项重要社会资源,因而受到越来越多的关注.本文将两者的合作看做社会网络的嵌入过程,并基于对天津和济宁国家级孵化器的深入访谈,对嵌入动机、嵌入过程、合作绩效进行理论分析,为社会网络环境下合作治理研究奠定理论基础.
