| 摘 要： | 农村基础设施作为农村建设的“基石”,其投资建设依然明显滞后于城市,各地区农村基础设施投资效率也存在差异.合理配置资金,最大限度地提高农村基础设施投资效率意义重大.本文采用数据包络分析方法,分别从农村基础设施投资的资金来源结构和资金投向结构两个角度,对京津沪农村基础设施的投资效率进行比较分析,并提出加大多元化投资力度、优化投资结构、严格规范投资管理等方面的对策建议,以提高农村基础设施投资效率.
