知识员工自我管理结构维度研究

摘    要:本研究基于中国文化背景,对知识员工自我管理的内容结构进行了实证研究.探索性因素分析结果表明,我国知识员工自我管理呈现九因素结构,分别是:时间管理、自我认知、绩效监控改进、情绪策略、自主学习、价值目标内化、人际维系、责任意识、自然报酬策略等.该结构在验证性因素分析中得到了证实.对问卷的信度和效度的研究结果表明,本问卷是可靠的和有效的.
