| 摘 要： | 基于降低成本考虑,企业采用价值链分割生产模式进行对外投资引发的严业转移是一种不完全转移.本文通过探讨价值链分割生产和其影响因素以及价值链分割生产下形成的生产网络,进而得出对我国产业转移的启示,包括我国东部发达地区产业向中西部欠发达地区的不完全转移有利于提升东部地区企业竞争力和实现中西部地区的产业上位,大力发展生产性服务业和扩大需求等促进我国的产业转移.
