| 摘 要： | ISO9000是目前世界先进的质量管理思想和认证体系,它通过持续的质量改进稳定地提供适合顾客要求和法律要求的产品,不断增强顾客的满意度.随着全面质量管理和服务观念推广到教育领域,越来越多的学校开始关注ISO9000质量管理体系.高职教育教学质量管理更适合引入ISO9000质量管理思想,通过建立、运行、保持和持续改进质量管理体系,随时监控教学质量,从而建立先进的教学质量保障体系.

| Abstract: | Nowadays, ISO9000 is the advanced quality administration idea and certification system in the world. It steadily provides the customers with the products that meet the needs of the customers and fulfill the requirement of law through the continued improvement of quality. As the overall quality administration and the idea of education service are extended to the education field, more and more schools begin to pay attention to the ISO9000 Quality Administration System. It is more appropriate for the teaching quality administration of higher vocational education to absorb the ISO9000 Quality Administration Idea. By establishing, utilizing, maintaining and improving the quality administration system, guard and control the teaching quality, therefore establish advanced guarantee system of teaching quality. |
