| 摘 要： | 技术进步已经成为国际关系研究的重要议题。以往对技术进步的研究常集中于国内层次的分析。而本项研究试图展示,国际层次的因素,尤其是大国间的权力转移是世界范围内重大技术变迁背后更强有力的驱动力。葡萄牙、西班牙之间的霸权竞争带来了航海技术的改进,推动了地理大发现。而荷兰与英国的霸权竞争带来了科学革命的大发展。因此,要理解重大的技术进步,离不开对大国权力转移的重点关注。

| Abstract: | Technological change is becoming a hot topic in international studies.Current researches on this issue always countertrade on domestic level.This research try to indicate that international factor is more powerful to explain significant technological change in the world.The competition between Portugal and Spain brought the Discovery into history and the power competition between Netherlands and Great Britain pushed great inventions and inventors in the era of Scientific Revolution.Therefore,we need to understand power transition in world politics,if we try to understand significant technological change. |
