| 摘 要： | 农民企业家是促进我国传统农业向现代农业转型的核心力量之一.当前,我国农民教育还停留在帮助农民脱贫的层面,无论是在培养目标还是在教学内容与教学方式上都忽视了对农民企业家成长过程的培养.因此,新型的农民教育模式需要树立培养农民企业家的教育目标,建立农民教育与农民企业家成长的对接机制,建立以农民企业家成长要素为核心的教学模式,建立多渠道的农民教育资金体系.

| Abstract: | The peasant entrepreneur is one of core strengths in the transformation from traditional agriculture to modern agriculture.At present,the peasants’ education still stay at helping farmers out of poverty and ignore the cultivation of farmer entrepreneurs both in the aspects of training objectives and teaching contents and methods.Therefore,the new peasant education model should establish the educational goals for training farmer entrepreneurs,establish the docking mechanism between farmer education and the growing of farmer entrepreneur,establish the teaching mode with the core of the growth of farmer entrepreneurs and the multi-channel funding system for farmer education. |
